- Account name, address, tel, fax & resale ID#.
- Order item#, quantity, ship to address.
- Payment by Credit card number, exp date & card holder's name & driver license #.
Boxes & Trunks ship via Fedex Ground
Furniture & stone items ship via Pallet program with trucking company.
The freight charge for Boxes & trunks will be about 20 to 30%.
The furniture & stone items will be per pallet about $100 base on each case, and its gross weight.
Drop ship charge:
For every carton, there is a packing & handling charge of $6.
For every pallet, there is a packing & handling charge of $30.
